Project Overview
A new sewage treatment system will be built, and the process follows the overall process of grid + air flotation +UASB+ secondary AO+ secondary sedimentation tank + flocculation precipitation + disinfection to meet the wastewater treatment needs of breeding farms and meet the requirements of the "Farmland Irrigation Water Quality Standards"(GB 5084 2021).
Design basis
(1) The contract signed with the construction unit;
(2) Preliminary information such as feasibility study, preliminary design and approval of the project, and the completion drawings of the built part;
(3) The latest topographic map and other information provided by the owner;
(4) Current national design codes and design standards;
Design principles
(1) Adopt high-efficiency, energy-saving, advanced and stable sewage treatment technology, try to use a sewage treatment system with simple management, low energy consumption and high efficiency, and reduce infrastructure investment and daily operating costs;
(2) In the formulation of the plan, the technology should be reliable, economically reasonable, combined with the specific characteristics of sewage and the successful experience of relevant sewage treatment at home and abroad, and new technologies should be adopted as much as possible on the premise of ensuring reliable functions and convenient operation and management, so as to improve the effect of sewage treatment and reduce the cost of sewage treatment;
(3) Use equipment with a high degree of automation to achieve reliable technology, economic and reasonable, realize the automation, programming and simplification of operation management, and try to achieve unmanned management, so as to effectively reduce the operating cost of sewage treatment;
(4) Properly treat and dispose of slag, sludge, etc. generated during wastewater treatment to avoid secondary pollution;
(5) The structures and equipment of the wastewater treatment station should be reasonably arranged, compact in structure, and save land;
(6) Design in strict accordance with the conditions defined by the construction party to meet the actual requirements of the project.
